Enjoy wholesome fun together.

Robert D. Hales, “Stand Strong in Holy Places,” Ensign, May 2013,50

I love it when a religious leader tells me to have fun. Sometimes, I get so caught up in the more serious matters of life that I forget to enjoy myself. I need this reminder especially when it comes to my role as a mother. My fondest memories of my family–both the one I have now and the one I grew up in–are of when we were having fun together. We need to do this more often.

Of course, I’m not sure my family’s main source of amusement–pranks and fart jokes–are “wholesome.”
